Friday’s dinner with the ex-band mates was awesome and fun. Especially when you have Esqar, the norbit queen around. Meet up with Shima & Surya larling first before heading to Bugis to buy Surya’s Cardi. I bumped into a lot of people. Kate Rihanna.

Next, we HAD [note the “HAD”] to pick our permaisuri up at Chinatown. And we had our very kenyang meal at Marina’s foodcourt. I swear to you, I had fun. A lot of fun.
So before going home, we slacked at Esplanade by the river. It was actually quite irritating because we have to actually scream our lungs out to talk to each other when the fact is that person is just in front of us. And we gossiped, catch up with old stories and Kak Esqar brought DONKEY cards. You tell me who on earth has ever brought Donkey cards to play by the river at Esplanade some more. Only Kartika Sery will do just that.

When we hang out together, I started to miss my band days. I swear I was so kental back then. So since band days are over, let me be honest here to why I joined band. Because I had a huge crush on Muhammad Rizuan Bin Abdul Rahman who is the drum major that point of time. I was in secondary one and he’s in secondary four. When I said I had a huge crush means I had a really huge crush on him till my friends couldn’t stand it! Hah. Whatever, I was naive that time and I was not exposed to the world so much and I thought he’s the only good guy around. Secondary one, what do you expect? My socks still high as a soccer player and my skirt is as long as your living room curtain. What happened between us let it be a secret. If you know, you know. Maya Hawtstuff should know! Haha. Moreover, it’s all in the past now.

I was suey enough to have Kartika Sery as one of my sectional leader when I joined the main band. She ah, not only step jambu but also very very noisy one. She doesn’t know the meaning of shut up. I remembered we spent our times together after each band practices or performances. We always crapped and gossiped. And who’s behind of all the sins we did? You all should know right. That Esqar norbit.

Surya, that hantu TETEK only know how to make her TETEK grow bigger. Other than that, she don’t know. I was actually AFRAID of her back then. YES. AFRAID you know. I thought she’s the mina-mina gangster that type but it turns out she’s MINAH tudung rupenye. Haha. Thinking back, I am so down right KENTAL. Fira, Shima, Kak Esqar Norbit, Kak Alia, Surya were my “SISTERS” in band. Memandangkan aku lah paling MUDE dan CUTE antare korang.

Band camps and chalet was unforgettable. The walk to Suntec City from National Stadium was painful and tiring. And we walked along Nicoll highway. And the next day, Nicoll highway collapsed. Hah. Is it because of us? I don’t know.
